Returns Policy
Damages; shortages must be notified to sender within 48 hour's, please retain all
original packaging materials this is necessary for processing claim's in cases of
suspected carrier negligence (see packaging). Because of the age of the item and
our policy to retain originality some part's particularly the crystal drop's will
show some wear.ie,scratches or small chip's, these authentic blemishes only serve
to underscore the authenticity of the fitting and as such we will not therefore
accept that any such innate fault's can be entertained as reason to return a
fitting.
Refund Policy
If you should deem that the fitting fall's short of it's/your description/perception,
you may return the fitting to the sender for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
You should email the sender and obtain a returns number. Any fittings returned
without a returns number will not be refunded. The returned fittings must be in the
original packaging fit for transportation and be unmodified unused and in perfect
condition complete and ready for retail.
In the unlikely event that a fitting has to be returned you are strongly recommended
to obtain proof of despatch and take out the appropriate insurance cover to protect
against the contingency of loss or damage by carrier. For all return's, except where
a fitting is not as described or faulty the original shipping/carriage and return
carriage cost's remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Packaging
Your fitting has been carefully nursed through a seven stage refurbishment
process therefore shipping has to be as thorough. We use carton's that are double
wall 300gsm structure, inner protection is by way of expanded polystyrene chip's
and/or bubblewrap we specify 48 hour delivery protected by enhanced insurance
and a tracking number that you can follow to moniter the progress of your fitting
